All orders of products dstributed by O&T,waitingforalice.com imply the unreserved acceptation of the terms and conditions sited below.
All the products on sale are discribed on the website waitingforalice.com. We take great care in the conception and manufacture of our products as well as the preparation of the orders. The products sold on the website waitingforalice.com conform to the european legislation in vigour and the norms applied to in France.
In the case of non-conformity of a delivred product in terms of its description on the website, the customer can either exercise their right to ask for an exchange or a refund of the invoiced product.
waitingforalice.com reserves the right to change at any time, their prices and/or the products in their collection.
The products are invoiced based on the prices in vigour when the order is placed. Our prices are quoted in Euros and include the rate of VAT applicable at the time of placing the order. The prices displayed on the website use the current VAT value of 20%.
An email confirming the order (products, price & quantity) will be sent to the customer. An invoice will be available on the customer account page (My account). The orders will be shipped only upon receipt of full payment. orders paid for by cheque will be processed upon receipt and clearing of the cheque.
The merchandise remains our property until full payment has been received. All orders confirmed by the customer, assumes a tacit acceptation of ours terms & conditions.
waitingforalice.com reserves the right to refuse to process and deliver an order to a customer who has not paid in full or to a customer involved in litigation. waitingforalice.com also reserves the right to refuse an order from a customer believed to be fraudulent or in the case of non authorisation of a payment by credit card/cheque or postal order. In all cases, the customer will be informed of the order suspension by email.
All the products that can be ordered on the website waitingforalice.com are in stock in our warehouse. In the case of unavailability of a product, the relevant page will inform the customer of the date of availability and will propose to contact the customer as soon as the products becomes available again.
In the case of the unavailability of an ordered product due to the great volume of orders placed at the same time, the customer will be informed at the earliest opportunity and will be given the chance to cancel their order within 48 hours.
If a product is no longer available at the moment of shipment, the customer will be informed by email with a new date of delivery at wich point the customer will be given the choice to maintain their order with the agreed delay or cancel the order and the transaction as such will be completely cancelled in turn.

All products in stock will be shipped within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt of payment.
Orders are processed during working days (Monday to Friday). As such any orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on the following working day.
For mainland France, the shipping costs are included in the price. The customer can choose from two shipping options :
Colissimo La Poste for a delivery direct to the customer adress indicated on the order.
RelaisColis - Delivery to the nearest depot within Relaiscolis national network.
The delivery date indicated is based on an approximate average shipping time.
Approximate Delivery with Colissimo La Poste for:
Mainland France: within 48 hours.
Approximate Delivery with RelaisColis Mainland France: within 72 hours.
Deliveries for Europe, DOM TOM & International destinations are sent exclusively by colissimo La Poste. Our shipping costs exclude custom charges, levies or taxes applicable upon entry to the destination country, and are such the responsability of the customer. When placing the order the appropriate shipping costs will be automatically added.
Approximate delivery with Colissimo La Poste for:
France DOM TOM, between 5-7 Days
International, between 4-8 Days
At any moment, the customer can trck the shipment of their order by entering the tracking number sent by email, on the website http://colissimo.fr/particuliers/home.jsp.
At wich point waitingforalice.com can no longer be held resposible for any delays outside of their control.
Orders are delivred to the address indicated by the customer on the delivery note.
waitingforalice is not responsible for any error related to inputting incorrect information wich may cause an eventual loss or delay in delivery.
In this case, all costs incurred for re-expedition of the order will be at the charge of the customer.
The customer is asked to check carefully the state of the packaging upon receipt and to inform waitingforalice.com of any damages caused by the transporter or by waitingforalice.com within 2 working days.
waitingforalice.com cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to transporter error or industrial action.
The customer will be informed by email of the despatch of their order. A tracking number will be given to the customer so they can trck their order. In the case of a delivery delay of more than 3 days later than the given delivery date, we first suggest that the customer checks with their local post office agency and then failing this, contacts waitingforalice.com.
An investigation by La Poste into a potentially lost parcel can take uo to 21 working days. If during this time, the parcel is found, it will be sent to the customer by La Poste. If however, the parcel is not found after 21 working days, La Poste will consider the parcel lost. It is only after the conclusion of this investigation that waitingforalice.com can send out a replacement at our cost. If the product at this point is no longer available, the order will be refunded in full.
If, even after all the care taken in the manufacture and selection of our products, the customer is not satisfied, the customer has 14 days from the receipt of the parcel to return the product for either an exchange or a refund. The shipping costs for returns or exchanges are at the cost of the customer (except in the case of an error on our part). Only products returned in their entirely, in their original packaging, intct and in prefect condition will be accepted.
All products that arrive damaged and/or not in their original packaging will be refused for either an exchange or a fund.
For reasons of hygiene and given the nature of the products concerned, any bed linen, duvets, pillows, and quilts already used will neither be exchanged nor refunded. The customer is therefore invited to examine in detail the products received before use.
Refunds will be credited by waitingforalice.com within a maximum of 30 days after the reception of the products. The refund will be credited by the same method of payment used by the customer when they placed the order.
waitingforalice.com supplies information concerning the maintenance of each product.
waitingforalice.com cannot be held responsible for any problems incurred by not following the proper guidelines for the maintenance.

This information related to invoices created, are kept for 10 years, within a secure database that conforms to the rigors of article 1348 of the Civil Code. The customer is informed that this personal information, even if not sold to a third party for marketing purposes, may be communicated in whole or in part to staff within waitingforalice.com intervening in the order process or to an organization that may analyse orders or pursue credit card fraud.
In comming to the freedom of information act N°.78-17 of 6th January 1978, the customer is accorded the right of access to rectification, opposition and retraction of the information supplied.

waitingforalice.com cannot be held responsible for not processing orders that would be delayed or blocked due to events outside of their control;
• Transport strickes and general industrial action.
• Fire, flood, lightening, earthquakes and any other natural disasters.
• Acts of god or force majeure.
• Difficulties or outage of telecommunication systems.
In this case, the customer will be informed within 10-30 working days.
If the case of force majeure lasts for longer than 3 months, the present terms and conditions can be terminated by the customer.
The present general conditions are subjected to the French law and the training of the contract is considered made instead of reception of the command, in the head office of O&T, waitingforalice.com - Dinaou - 29120 Combrit France. In case of dispute or in case of complaint, the consumer will address first and foremost the company waitingforalice.com to obtain an amicable solution. Any opposing dispute waitingforalice.com to a customer who can not be the object of an amicable settlement will be subjected to the exclusive competence of the jurisdictions Quimpéroises (29).
